Tabseg - software and example data for manual segmentation
Description
Tabseg is a software developed for Android™ that is intended to be used for manual segmentations that are still the gold standard for the validation of many image processing algorithms. The Android package currently available is a functional prototype. Since it is not available from any Android store you will have to enable installation from unknown sources on your Android device in order to install the software.
If you use this software for a scientific publication please reference it as

For image processing software that can make use of these segmentations please check out MIA.
In addition to the software, myocardial perfusion data sets are made available. If you use this data in a scientific publication you may also reference it as
